Cancellation & Refund Policy

Requests for video consultation cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled slot to be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For in-person OPD consultations, payments are handled directly at the respective hospital desk.
