Here is exactly how our session works, step-by-step:
Step 1: The Secure Intake and Upload Documents
What Happens: As soon as your booking is confirmed, you will receive a secure portal link via email and WhatsApp
At your end: Please upload clear, scanned PDF copies of your recent reports such as Mammogram, Ultrasounds, Biopsy (or FNAC) and any previous prescription slips atleast 4 hours before our call. Dr Ananya personally reviews these documents prior to jumping on the screen with you
Step 2: Joining the Digital Consultation Room
What happens: At your exact scheduled time, simply click the private Google Meet link sent to your email/phone
For the best Experience: Please join from a quiet, well-lit room using a laptop or smartphone with stable internet connection. We highly recommend having a family member or care-giver sit in on the call so that everyone is on the same page.
Step 3: The Clinical Review and Roadmap
What happens: Dr Ananya will walk you through her assessment of your reports in plain, easy-to-understand language - completely breaking down complex medical jargon. Toegther you will discuss
An accurate evaluation of your current diagnosis
Whether future diagnostic testing is genuinely needed
Your optimal surgical and therapeutic treatment options moving forward
Step 4: Your Digital Prescription & Next Steps
What happens: Within 30 minutes of ending the video call, a formally signed, digitally authenticated clinical prescription will be generated and reach you via email and WhatsApp. This document is fully compliant with tele-health regulations and is valid for ordering medicines (online and offline), booking diagnostic tests & scans, and can be shared with your primary care physician to ensure seamless continuity of your treatment.

The Fee: The consultation fee is Rs 1500/-
The Booking Protocol: To protect this dedicated clinical time and filter out casual, unverified requests, the final scheduling calendar will unlock immediately upon successful completion of your secure pre-payment. Once your payment is processed via Razorpay, you will be instantly redirected to select your exact Sunday morning slot, and Step 1 (your secure upload link) will automate straight to your inbox.
